REPLACEMENTS

Formula V for Me is a personal care product that is packed under the strict guidelines set due to the recent pandemic.  If you receive a bottle that is damaged or defective, please email us an image or a shot video of the damage, and we will send replacement for FREE.   Please make sure to safely dispose of the defective unit.  

REFUNDS 

If you do not want a Free replacement then we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product to the credit card on file after confirming the product was defective.
