Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
A product is eligible for return and refund only in the following cases: the product arrived damaged, leaking, or with a pump malfunction (sometimes you need to prime the pump by pressing it 5 to 10 times), In all cases we would require the inner seal to be intact (unopened bottle), and in the case with pump malfunction you must return the item to us for a replacement/refund.

After receiving your return request, reviewing its eligibility (refer to return policy) we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from your request to process your return.
For defective pump or damaged bottles, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange. And we will provide you with an address to where to mail the return.
