Personal care items take care evaluation before accepting a return. If you experience a leaking product, or a malfunction of the pump, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please contact us and send a photo, and we'll make sure to get an other bottle out to you ASAP free of charge.
Please do not send back the defective item but dispose of it as needed.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are able to only offer refunds on orders that are returned in the same condition as received. The seals must be unbroken on the the outer box and the pump unused on the inner item. This is for your safety and the safety of our customers.
